Lamisil (terbinafine) is an antifungal medication that fights fungus-caused infection. It treats infections caused by fungus affecting fingernails, toenails and even scalp hair of children ages 4 and above.
Lamisil is an effective treatment for athlete’s foot. It provides healthy foot care with its fungus-fighting properties. Terbinafine hydrochloride treats fungal or yeast infections causing athlete’s foot. It kills the fungus, liketinea cruris(jock itch), ringwormandcandida albicans(athlete’s foot) to prevent it from reproducing and ultimately, stop infection. Terbinafine is available in cream, powder or tablet forms. If used as a cream, it may be applied topically to treat infections located on the superficial skin. The best part about Terbinafine cream is it takes effect in just half the time needed by other antifungal creams.

Lamisil is an antifungal medication. It treats infections caused by fungi like those that cause tinea cruris. It works by killing the fungus that causes jock itch, ringworm and athlete’s foot and makes you throw up when you see it in your eye.
Lamisil should only be applied to your skin on the vertex (vertex) of your skin. Do not apply Lamisil to the skin on the inside (top) of the skin (between the collarbones) or the outside (bottom) of your skin (between the collarbones). Wash your hands before and after application.
Do not cover your skin with an existing bandage or dressing. If you have a rash, apply a cool, dry heat pad to the rash area and let it stabilize until it has cleared completely.
This is a warning sign that your fungal infection is developing symptoms of a serious condition. If you have any of the following symptoms, or if you have any of the following conditions, contact your doctor immediately: rash, fever, swollen face, lips or throat, unusual tiredness, difficulty breathing, unusual vaginal bleeding, or vesicles. You are more at risk for developing fungal infections while you are treating your fungal skin infection.Lamisil can cause a severe allergic reaction, especially in people allergic to terbinafine. Symptoms may include: rash, itching, difficulty breathing, swelling of the face, lips or throat, vomiting, and blood in the urine. Apply Lamisil Spray once a day for 7 days
1. Clean and thoroughly dry the affected areas of the skin
2. Hold the bottle upright or upside down, and spray sufficient amount to wet the treatment area thoroughly, covering the affected skin and surrounding area
3. If you need to apply Lamisil® Spray between your toes, fingers or buttocks; under a breast or armpit; or in the groin region, cover the area with gauze after the spray has been applied. This is particularly useful at bedtime.

Precautions
Lamisil Spray should only be applied to the skin on the outside of the body. Wash hands thoroughly after application to avoid infecting other parts of your body.
While the signs of the infection may disappear after using Lamisil Spray for only a few days, it is important to continue treatment for the recommended period. If you use it for only a few days, you may not eliminate the fungi from the affected areas. As a result, the infection may return soon after you stop using the product.

Lamisil cream is a medication used to treat various fungal infections of the skin, including athlete's foot, jock itch, ringworm, and fungal nail infections. It contains terbinafine as the active ingredient and is applied directly to the infected areas.
The medication is available in two strengths: 250 mg and 250 mg tablets. The active ingredient, terbinafine, is used to treat fungal infections caused by fungus. It works by stopping the growth of fungus which eventually leads to fungal nail infections. This drug is also used to treat infections of the skin caused by certain bacteria.
Lamisil should not be used to treat fungal infections of the skin caused by fungus. It is not known if Lamisil is effective for athlete's foot, jock itch, ringworm, or fungal nail infections. Lamisil is not approved for use in children younger than four years old. Lamisil may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.
